How It Works

A step-by-step look at what participation actually looks like for a family — who signs what, when class meets, what students learn, and how your child gets back to school without missing academic time.

The Process

Four steps, start to finish.

From the permission slip to the walk back through the school doors, here is the whole sequence.

  1. 1

    Parent signs the consent form

You complete a short registration and written permission form — nothing begins without your signature.

  2. 2

    The school approves the release

Your student is released from a single non-core class period with the school’s approval on file.

  3. 3

    Class meets off campus

Students walk to the Little Red School House, just across from the New London Public School building, for their CCA character class — always off school property, never inside the school itself.

  4. 4

    Student returns to school

They are back in the building for the next period with no core academic time lost.

Curriculum

What Students Learn

Every class is built around timeless biblical principles that help students make wise choices, build healthy relationships, and grow into responsible members of their families, schools, and community.

Questions

What parents ask us first.

No — CCA is entirely community and volunteer funded. There is no tuition, no fee, and no supply list for participating families.
